Upon recieving your memo regarding the scope of work (petty work) performed by the concerned
subjects, herewith the clarification regarding this matter;

1. Mr. Bongar was hired as the encoder of Majent specifically in tree mapping ; who is currently doing
the marking of tree in every area in order to start something relevant to the geo tagging while waiting
for the purchased system that will be used in the particular task.

2. They are doing tree marking together with Mr. Ramil every weekdays which is the availability of Mr.
Ramirez and in the afternoon encoding the gathered information from the activity done about the tree
marking.

3. As stated in the daily accomplishment report of Mr. Bongar; with my review and approval regarding
this, it clearly state that scope of his work do not limit only to the tree mapping, specifically in encoding.

4. In compliance of paper works; it is not clearly stated in his appointment letter his job description on
where or whom to send his report regarding his task. As stated that he will directly report to me and Mr.
Corrales to lead and guide him about the implementation of his given task.

5. Another is your concern about Ms. Ramirez during her internship. She is not employed but offered an
Internship position in Admin with the scope of her responsibilities as an encoder of reports; clearly
stated in her acceptance letter. As her internship supervisor who is assigned to give instructions for her
givens task, I was the only one who is authorized to evaluate and rate her performance during the
internship period. Obviously, I am the one who witnessed what she have done for the period of 8 hours
a day of her internship. I saw the dedication of Ms. Ramirez in her given task most especially in paper
works as her expertise. Hence, her expertise in this area of activity leads her to finished and comply it
immediately, I am giving her another activity beyond the scope of her responsibilities just to maximize
the time of her internship for a day.

6. For your concern about my work most of the time I was in the field; I am a person who finds work
outside the office. To the extent of my responsibilities, field work is a must in order to perform
personally the task hand in hand. Gathering information about a certain task is not just sitting inside the
office and waiting for the response coming from the relay of another person. Sitting inside the corner of
the office to only make a report gathered from another person won`t promised you a reliable sources of
information from an actual situation.
7. Obviously; during the time I was accompanied by Mr. Bongar and Ms. Ramirez doing a task that needs
manpower since they are available, that is to maximized the time for work purposes. You never know
what is the actual situation unless you witnessed personally the allegation about the reported situation.

8. I am hoping for a fair and just balancing of situation before condemning a person. Hope I clearly
explained what is really going on in the work performance of my co-workers, as I am the one who
witnessed what they have done for a day. Our apology if working as a team reflects a petty works from
the point of view of your concerned reporter.

For your information and clarification.

Thank you for asking a confirmation.
