II. Objectives:
In this activity, the students are expected to;
1. make a lesson plan and use it to ascertain the goal of the teaching
demonstration;
2. integrate the program's main disciplines to be applied in the service
PE topic throughout the teaching demonstration to create reliable
and efficient resources for the learning experience of the student;
3. synthesis the value of lesson design and integration in terms of the
student's understanding; and
4. utilize the lesson planning components in an efficient manner In
order to establish a structured and engaging learning environment
for the teaching demonstration.
Task design:
 The instructor will designate a certain major course for them to complete in this
activity. The major courses listed below are some that they might think about
integrating into the FITT 2 and FITT 4 courses:

 They will develop a lesson plan based on the specified course that may be
used on the tertiary-level students who are enrolled in the FITT subject. FITT 2
and FITT 4 are the FITT subjects. As the course is called Fitness Exercises,
FITT 2 is all about exercises and how they should be applied to the students'
body, physique, status, or goals related on fitness. Conversely, the FITT4
focuses on sports and outdoor leisure activities, where students' efforts from
the FITT 2 course will be partially applied to various physical activities. Examine
the FITT 2 and FITT 4 syllabus that is attached to get an idea of the course's
objectives.
 The format for creating a lesson plan is as follows:
