Dear sir, as per our phone negotiations we offer to supply, install, test and startup of
complete handheld brief case data acquisition system for hydro-test high pressure
triplex pump which capable of the following:

• pressure reading for the triplex pump up to 5000 PSI.

• pumping rate reading for the triplex pump.
• total pumped amount reading for the triplex pump.
• Adjustable over pressure shutdown for the triplex pump.
• adjustable calibration of pressure reading for changing sensor issues.
• Adjustable calibration of rate reading for plunger size changing issues.
• Record all the previous reading on external flash memory as CSV file.
• Trend graph real time reading and historical for pressure tests.

System components:
1) ONE Delta electronics 7-inch-wide touch screen model: DOP-107BV.
2) ONE Delta electronics PLC controller model: DVP-10SX-11R or equivalent.
3) ONE pressure sensor 4 – 20MA up to 400 bars to be attached on the pump unit.
4) ONE PNP magnetic proximity sensor to be attached on the pump unit.
5) ONE 32GB flash memory for data logging.
6) ONE opensource curve plotting software under windows 10 or lower.
7) All necessary accessories like fuses, wires, sockets, omega bars …. etc.

System price:

Total price: 16,000 SAR (sixteen thousand Saudi real) lump sum.

Payment, delivery and conditions:

1) 70% downpayment at project approval.

2) Delivery time is 5 to 7 days working days after downpayment.
3) Installation time 1 to 2 days from delivery date.
