INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN KIJANG ECONOMICS COMPETITION 2024

The above matter refers.

2. Kijang Economics Competition is a national economics competition for secondary schools and
pre-university students which aims to challenge students’ economics knowledge through economics,
entrepreneurship, financial literacy and business.

3. Kijang intends to spark a competitive nature among students by providing them with the opportunity to
polish and develop in economic and financial literacy. Kijang’s questions have a unique way of highlighting
economic and financial concepts by relating it to the local and global economies over time.

4. Kijang consists of multiple choice questions (tests), requiring an application of economic and financial
knowledge to find solutions on capital resources, use of financial instruments and financial market analysis.

5. It is our pleasure to invite students from your school to participate in this competition which will
be held online. The competition will be held as per the following details:

Competition Date 26th June 2024 (Registration period: 1st December 2023 to 30th May 2024)

Online competition. 30 multiple choice questions to be answered in our system

Format
within 1 hour 15 minutes.

Lower secondary (Form 1, 2 & 3)

Categories
Upper secondary (Form 4, 5 & Pre-university)

School participant: RM40.00 per student

Fee
Individual participant: RM60.00 per student
Eligibility Open to all secondary schools and pre-university students within the age
group of 13 to 18 years old.
