MOTION TO RE-SET DATE OF HEARING

Accused-movant, by counsel, unto this Honorable Court and in every

humblest way possible, states that:

Accused is set today for the initial presentation of prosecution evidence.

However, counsel on record for accused could not make it to Court as scheduled
because he is confined to his bed due to swelling of feet and elbows brought about
by inflammatory arthritis, commonly known as “gout”

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, under the light of the foregoing, it

is most respectfully prayed unto this Honorable Court to consider the absence of
herein counsel for accused from attending today’s proceedings.

Other relief and remedies that may be deemed just and equitable in the
premises are likewise prayed for.
