Italian VAT (22%) can be excluded from the invoices only if a valid intercommunity VAT registration number or your company’s Tax Identification
Number is provided on submission of the application form. Without the above, Italian VAT will be added to all invoices.

The above-mentioned rates include the following services:

▪ insurance cover for third-party liability and for other risks in accordance with the conditions envisaged in the event’s General Regulations;
▪ insertion in the printed Official Catalogue and one copy of the printed Official Catalogue
▪ advertising tax for stands as per limits defined in the General Regulations;
▪ basic cleaning of the stand -excluding items on show- from the day before the event and every evening of event days and sanitizing
operations of the areas;
▪ Toilettes reserved to Exhibitors (available with the Exhibitor Passes);
▪ General services and general surveillance (stands excluded), firemen, first aid point, general promotion of the event and access to the services
that will be made available in the Exhibitor Exclusive Area.
▪ Exhibitor Passes for access to the event, parking cards; electrical connection as per General Regulations;
▪ No. 400 electronic invitations for Direct Exhibitors and no.100 electronic invitations for Co-Exhibitors
The above-mentioned rates –except the rates indicated above for fully equipped indoor areas “Premium” from 16 up to 48 sq.m
do not include stand fittings (e.g.: partition walls, electric plant, carpet, furniture). All items not specified in this document shall
be referred to the dispositions of the Marmomac General Regulations.

NEW : Waste disposal fee for exhibit areas up to 200 sq.m: € 5.00/sq.m / Waste disposal fee for exhibit areas from 201 sq.m: € 3.00/sq.m
The above-mentioned fees do not include stand structures removal and disposal that is exclusive responsibility of the exhibitor or its stand
contractor company. The fees are based on the exhibit space assigned as envisaged in the General Regulations.
Within the term set for disassembly, exhibitors must re-consign show areas in the same status in which they were originally provided.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:
 Deadline to register at discounted rates *: 23 March 2023
 Registration at full official rates: as of 24 March 2023, onwards
 Official closing date to register for the Marmomac: 28 April 2023
 Deadline to settle the amount due for the exhibition space: 7 July 2023

* the registration application and space request is considered to be complete only when the 30% deposit is received by Veronafiere; the date of
the payment will be used to define the application of promotional/special rates, as indicated above.
