INSPECTION REPORT

PROJECT ID NUMBER 2021-09-587

RE: UPGRADING ELECTRIFICATION AND MODERNIZATION OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
OF CAGANGOHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

The undersigned conducted onsite inspection on August 18, 2023 at Cagangohan NHS as requested by
the Arcler Builders and Construction Supply. The following observations and recommendations were
established:

Observations:
 Main posts and main lines were installed by the Davao Light & Power Company from the
highway to the main entrance of the school;
 Three (3) transformers were already installed;
 There is a need to submit documents to the DLPC for the energization;
 One Hundred (100%) percent of the project was implemented on site;

Recommendation/s:

The team favourably recommends for the processing of the final billing as requested by Acler
Builders and Construction Supply based on the 100% completion of the project.
