Transportation: -
1. Transportation charges will be beared by customer.
2. It takes anything between 4 - 8 days to transport machineries from Manufacturing plant in Akola to
nearest transport hub.
3. We try our best to provide best possible transport option considering budget, safety and time of delivery.
4. We won’t be responsible for damages to the machine during transportation.

Motor
1. For all the machinery with power 3Hp or less, any one of single or three phase motor will be provided.
For all the machinery with power more than 3 HP only three phase motor will be provided.
2. The choice of motor provided at the time of confirmation of the order will be final.

Installation
1. Installation charges will be born my the customer.
2. It could take anywhere between 2 to 10 days for installation once machine reaches.
3. Our engineer will install the machineries and train to process the pulses of different categories.
4. The electrification has to be done before our engineer visit and electrification charges will be born by the
customer.

Payment
1. 25% of the total amount at the time of confirmation.
2. Remaining 75% payment before dispatching the goods from the manufacturing plant.
3. All the payment should be made in the mentioned bank account of Shriram Associates.

Miscellaneous
1. All quotations are valid for ONE MONTH from this date and are subjected to our confirmation at the time
of our accepting the order.
2. Any legal dispute will be as per Akola jurisdiction.
3. Price, terms and conditions of payment, time of delivery, specification etc are always subject to change
without any prior notice and are subjected to terms or our usual conditions of business as detailed overleaf.

Output
1. For Toor Dal the output of the 1st quality dal is around 75-78%.
2. For Moong, Urad, Chana, Masoor Dal the output of the 1st quality dal is around 82-85%.
3. The output will depend the quality of the raw material and the expertise of the operator.
