Competition:
1. Who/What are your direct competitors?
Our direct/indirect competitors are mostly the online businesses from social media platforms
and the ones that feel like can compete with us or can be a competitor of our brand are
@giftxessential, @Card.on.its.way_ , and @lawears_art.

2. Evaluate your competition

Our product is different and a unique idea that is why we do not have a direct competitor as
no one has come up with this gift idea before. However, the competitors we have mentioned
above are some businesses that have similar ideas. Gift essentials have a few gift bucket
options and also jhumka’s on a facial illustration (on -sided) card, Cardsonitsway provides
customized frames and cards (mostly Eid cards), Lawears_art also have a variety of gift
ideas including customized cards and frames and jewelry.

3. How do your products or services compare to theirs?

Our product stands out because we offer more than just jewelry or card, we provide an
emotional connections through our digital custom-made cards. Additionally, our main
differentiator is the customerization we offer at an affordable price point. None of our
competitor allows customerization and that too at an extreme like we do. Our main priority
is customer satisfaction not profit maximization.

4. What advantages do you have over your competition?

The advantages we have over our competitor is that we provide a high quality pendant with
a lovely card. Every card is innovative with beautiful messages and a trendy piece of
jewelry. Moreover, every customer can make changes in the illustration of the card as per
their likings. The customers can send their pictures to be made as an illustration for a more
realistic look, they can change the colour patterns as they like or want, can choose the
phrases on their own. Once the card design is made according to the customers preferences,
they can see the design PDF and if they like it only then the card will be send for printing
otherwise, it will be re-designed or changes will be made according to the customers.

5. SWOT Analysis:

 Strengths: Our product is the biggest strength of our business as it is a unique gift
card which gives a childhood touch bringing back all the memories when receiving a
card with beautiful phrases made the person felt how important and loved they are.
Not to mention, we are also providing the customerization so that the customer can
add their favorite phrases and memories to the card. Not only this, but we are also
added a trendy pendant with the card.

 Weakness: Even though our gift card is unique and different, this is only gift idea we
have for our customers for now.
 Opportunities: We can come up with more unique gift ideas to expand our business
and attract more customers. We can also add other accessories like trendy earrings or
bracelets.

 Threats: Our competitors are giving a wide range of gift options to the customer
which can put our business at a disadvantage and might lose our customers who want
different gift options from one place.

6. Why will customers buy from you rather than from your competition?
There are multiple reasons that can make the customers want to buy from us rather than our
competitor. First of all, we are giving an experience to our customers and a chance to relive
the childhood memories with a modern touch. Our gift card is not only for any special
occasion like mother’s day, friendship day, birthdays, etc, but is a way to express your love
to your loved ones and how much you care for them. It is more like an appreciation card for,
maybe someone who was there with you even at your lowest. Moreover, the quality of the
card and pendant we are providing is a no match with our competitors. The pendants are of
stainless steel and will always look like new. Moreover, we have a fast delivery service and
the order will be delivered within 3 days from the date the order took place. Furthermore, we
provide a great customer service as our guide is available on our Instagram page to assist our
customers 24/7 to solve any queries or problem.

7. What makes your business stand out from the rest?

Our prices are the main thing that makes our business stand out from the rest as illustration these days are
very costly, let alone customerized illustrations. We are using price penetration strategy to attract more
customers and to penetrate the market. We can increase our prices once we have captured the market.

2. Operations
1. List day-to-day operations (what are the key things that will happen each day?)
As our main product is the custom-made cards so there are no fixed everyday operations,
however when there will be an order placed through our Instagram page or facebook
messenger, the social media handler will share the details with our graphic designer who
will make the card and will send the soft copy to the one dealing with the vendor for
printing. Once the card is printed and delivered to the one handling the deliveries, she will
add the pendant and will do some photography for social media posts. Then it will be packed
and delivered to the customer.

2. List of major suppliers and terms

Our main supplier is Maaz Digital Studio who prints our gift cards, stickers and provide us
the envelops and flyers for deliveries to customers. The shop is closeby and it only takes 10
minutes each to print cards. They provide the top quality paper for our cards, stickers,
envelopes and flyers at a reasonable price. The payment method is cash.
Our second major supplier is Tjwholesale who provide us the pendants. The delivery takes 3
to 5 working days and the payment method is cash on delivery. The pendants are ordered in
bulk. The quality of the pendant is top notch and is stainless stain.
3. Product Distribution (if you are not selling on site, how will you get your product/service to
your customer?)
We are an online business using social media platforms like facebook and Instagram to
reach out to our customers. The orders are also taken through these social media platforms.

4. Inventory Control (how will you ensure your products/services are consistently delivered
with high quality?)
The inventory is stored as per the assumptions of how many orders we will be getting, for
example, when starting the business we only ordered 4 pendants but after getting an order
for 2 cards in such a short span of time, we got more 10 pendants in inventory. Also, we
have printed 20 stickers and other than that we get the envelopes and flyers when the card
has to be printed. Moreover, the each pendant is stored in a different packets to make sure
it’s safe.
