1. What is your own understanding about 21st Century Skills?

21st century skills in my understanding refers to modernization in teaching. The shift of


traditional educational to advanced modern approach. This new approach focuses on
preparing students for the future by teaching them life skills they need to be successful in
global economy. It is not memorization or recitation but critical thinking, and creativity,
and collaboration. It is about preparing students for the real world, not just for a test.

2. The 21st Century Skills helps in New Normal Education to increase the level of
proficiency? How?
Educational Gap is undeniably seen in all areas of Education that brought about by
Pandemic, but resilient Filipinos we are expected to address and fill this gap. The 21st Century
Skills resorted to building learners flexibility to adapt current and future crises.
The transition towards digital education opens a gateway. Teachers and pupils value the
importance of new and varied social platforms. It opens the mind to explore new things through
technology. It also develops pupils digital competence and raise their virtual skills.
3. As a teacher, how these skills develop our learners?

As the world changes, so do students skills to succeed.


It develops the skills they need for the real world. Employers are looking for workers
who are not only knowledgeable but also adaptable, creative, and able to work
collaboratively. The 21st Century learning helps students develop the global connected
world they need to be successful in increasingly connected world. They will be able to
communicate and work with people from other cultures.
21st century learning is hands-on, interactive and engaging. This helps students
develop a love of learning that will stay with them through out their lives. 21st century
learning is relevant to student’s lives and the world they live in. it is not just about
memorizing facts but about developing the skills, students need to be successful in their
personal and professional lives.

4. What are the 21st Century Skills will develop you become a better teacher?

Being a teacher in the 21st century is no walk in the park. Teachers’ skills are put
to the test every single day when it comes to teaching Gen Z. In the past , the teaching and
learning process was quite monotonous. However due to the constant influence of the rapid
progress in technology many students world wide are being exposed to a plethora of educational
avenues and career options as a result. Therefore, this requires teachers in the 21 st Century to be
well equipped with knowledge and skills to provide support and assistance for their students.
To become a better teacher we should be digital gurus. I must be tech savvy and ready to
learn and explore innovative and creative ways of using technology for teaching. It implicitly
inspires and motivate students to learn and develop their information technology skills. A smart
21st Century teacher should be able to view each student as unique and creative learning
strategies to best suit their needs. This ensures environment and enforce positivity while learning
strategies to best suit their needs. This ensures that no child is left behind. Adapting to the child’s
environment and enforce positivity while learning. Teachers should not only collaborate with
students on daily basis, but also collaborate with other like minded educators. Through
collaboration, ideas, information, knowledge and skills are enhance.
Being innovative thinkers it requires teachers to be creative while teaching. Lessons
should be taught through song, dance, art and many other forms of learning. Teachers have to
think out of the box solution to deal with students discipline.
5. How you will promote 21st Century Skills in your school?

There are several ways that schools can incorporate 21st century learning into our
curriculum. One way to integrate @1st century learning into the classroom is tofocus on
project -based learning. In project based learning students work on a project together.
They use their creativity and critical thinking skills to study ,to solve problems. This type
of learning is effective because it helps students learn how to work together and think
critically.
