“RESOLVED that a bank account in the name of the Company be opened with AXIS BANK,
GUWAHATI MAIN BRANCH, GS ROAD

THAT the below mentioned Director of the Company are severally authorised to operate the bank
account on behalf of the company till further notice in writing.

2. MR. AHSAN ALI

THAT the Bank be instructed to honour all cheques, Promissory notes and other orders drawn by
and all bills accepted on behalf of the said company whether such account be in credit or
overdrawn and to accept and credit to the account of the company all moneys deposited with
owning by bank on any account or accounts at any time or times kept in the name of bills, other
negotiable instruments, order of receipts provided they are endorsed/signed by the above
mentioned on behalf of the company and such signatures shall be sufficient authority to bind the
company in all transaction between the bank and the company including those specifically
referred to herein.

THAT the Bank be furnished with a copy of the resolution together with specimen signatures of
the Directors and a copy of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.

THAT this resolution shall remain in force until notice in written of its withdrawal or cancellation
is given to the Bank by the Company.
