Resolution No. 08, Series 2020

A Resolution requesting the Sangguniang Barangay to appropriate the unspent
Development Fund 2019 amounting to PHP 28,000.00 for the purchase of rice and goods
to be distributed in the community because of COVID-19, hence the constituents are in
need of food due to Enhanced Home Quarantine.

WHEREAS, that the Sangguniang Barangay endeavored a meeting to focus on its

effort to address important concerns on the pressing problems of the barangay;

WHEREAS, that the constituents of the Barangay are in need of food to be strong
enough to face Pandemic COVID-19;

WHEREAS, that due to long Enhanced Home Quarantine the Sangguniang Barangay
agreed to release fund for realignment for the purchase of rice and goods;

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Kagawad Denis V. Biares, Chairman of

appropriation duly seconded by all, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to release the unspent Development

Fund 2019 amounting to PHP 28, 000.00 for the purchase of rice and goods.
 RESOLVED FINALLY, that the resolution be forwarded to all offices concerned for
the information and appropriate action.

Done this 25th day of April 2020 at the Barangay Hall at San Jose Norte, Manabo,
Abra.
