Sub.: Refund of charges deducted from account

Dear Sir,
I am Harjeet Singh, VPO Hafizabad, Tehsil Shri Chamkaur sahib, Distt
Ropar (Punjab).I am maintaining a savings account bearing account number 50100297615454 in your bank
at Shri Chamkaur sahib branch. Recently, while going through the account statements for the last few
months, to my surprise I noticed that your bank has been deducting some charges from my account. I had
given the application last year on date 02 Aug 2022. But bank not provide any status to me regarding this.
After careful examination of the statements, I found out that the charges were
relating to HAB Charges and SMS alert services. I have never signed up for SMS alert services from the
bank or given any written consent for such services and charges. I check my account regularly through the
bank's mobile app, which is sufficient for me.
Therefore, I request you to kindly refund the charges to my above-mentioned savings account.
