Sub: Appointment of Examiner (Theory) for valuation of +3 3rd Semester Regular (CBCS) Examination, 2022

Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that you have been appointed as ASSISTANT EXAMINER in CORE-5-HISTORY of +3 3rd
Semester Regular (CBCS) Examination, 2022

1. You are allotted to evaluate the script in GOVINDPUR (DEGREE) COLLEGE, GOVINDPUR, DEVI VIHAR,
GOVINDPUR,CUTTACK,754003 (Zone-3) for the purpose.
2. The valuation zone shall function from 10.00 A.M. Onwards every day, including Sundays and holidays. But the zone supervisor
may change the working hours at his discretion to suit the local conditions if required.
3. The date of valuation for your paper is from 30.03.2023.
4. The fee for examining answer script for Pass/Hons. paper is as follows:

(i) Honours (Theory)

Full Mark 60 / 50 Rs 30/- Per Day 16 Scripts (Minimum Rs 300/-)
Full Mark 80 Rs 30/- Per Day 16 Scripts (Minimum Rs 300/-)
(ii) Pass (Theory)
Full Mark 60 / 50 Rs 30/- Per Day 20 Scripts
Full Mark 80 Rs 30/- Per Day 20 Scripts

5. The payment of normal TA/DA/CA along with remuneration for valuation of papers as per University rule shall be made at the
zonal valuation centre. Two/Four wheeler vehicles are not admissible for purpose of TA.
6. If you fail to report the zone supervisor on the first day of valuation , substitute arrangements shall be made by the University
from the next day.
7. You are requested to bring your writing material for valuation of scripts for which an amount of Rs.30/- shall be paid along with
your remuneration.
8. You are further requested to produce the salary certificate issued by the Head of the institution for payment of daily allowance.
For minimum payment of DA for Rs.140/- no salary certificate is required.
