Subject: - Complaint against Advance clerk Sajad Ahmad Mir at JK Bank Nowpora Kalan

Sir

I would like to bring your attention towards few points about the non-serious and
non-professional attitude of One of your Employees Namely Sajad Ahmad posted as
Advance desk officer at JK bank Nowpora Kalan, Sopore. The said employee is so arrogant
and lethargic that it took almost two months to him to process one of our loan proposals
for an amount of Rs 2.00 lacs, and after finalising all my loan formalities like Rent Deed,
Form C, Udyam Registration, shop Licence, with two government employee guarantors
and after submitting all other relevant documents, which almost costed me Rs 4000/= to
Rs 5000/= then suddenly my loan proposal was rejected with a simple excuse of
demanding another government employee from me.

Sir i request your goodself that if my loan was to be rejected then why my 2
months were wasted and why I was not informed in the first week about the rejection of
my loan proposal. When I requested him to why he is behaving in such a manner at this
eleventh hour, he dictatorially dejected me with harsh and bad remarks. It seems that the
said employee has never ever been posted in any city or town branches as his tempo
always remain in controversial tune. Whenever we visit the bank for any of our banking
work, his unparliamentary and rude attitude towards his work is visible from a distance.

Sir, our village has struggled and toiled very hard for setting up this JK bank branch
at Nowpora Kalan Sopore area, but since the time this person has joined this branch, he
has made life of people miserable. He is not even sparing female folk who visit the bank
and is always using foul language against them also. We have many times made
complaints against him to the concerned authority but every time we receive only verbal
assurance about his transfer but on ground reality nothing changes.

Sir, our simple request is that if this branch has been established in this locality for
the people of Nowpora and as per the neighbouring jurisdiction people of Nowpora
should be given top priority but we are we being treated as second and third class
customers, whereas as the people visiting from outside areas like Rohama Block,
watergam block, and Rafiabad area ( who belong to outside the catchment area and
outside jurisdiction area as they already have JK bank branches in those areas) are given
number 1 preference.

Now we are approaching your office through this written letter with the request that

1. The amount (5000) that i have been made to get wasted in completing these
superfluous loan formalities should be refunded back to me.

2. That was it mandatory to bring a third guarantor and that too a government employee?

3. That the said loan desk clerk should be lifted and sent to some remote area where he is
accustomed to serve the people

4.Outsiders and non-jurisdiction people should not be allowed to unnecessary create false
and fake rush in JK bank Nowpora

5. That a full-fledged professional Loan manager should be placed in our JK Bank Nowpora
so that the commitment and resolve that we have in JK Bank and it's Higher officers will
remain always in our hearts as we have high regard and respect for this primary banking
Institute who serve every nook and corner of our society despite some black sheep
employees who try to earn a bad repo for the same.

We hope our since demands will be met without any further delay.
