- If the Awana SkyWay is temporarily closed for maintenance, cable car services will commence from the Genting SkyWay, which is just a 15-minute
drive from Awana SkyCentral.
- Each standard gondola can seat 10 passengers, including children. You might be sharing the gondola with other passengers.
- Children with a height of 90cm or below can enter free of charge.
- Guests aged 16 years or under must be accompanied by a supervising companion with valid tickets, passes, or wristbands and must be supervised at
all times. The attraction reserves the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied guests aged 16 years or under.
- Limited to one (1) redemption per QR code within the attraction's regular operating hours. Admission to the attraction will only be granted for the
validity period stated on the ticket.
- Entry will not be allowed for an invalid ticket that is already redeemed, collected, consumed, lost, or has expired. It will not be replaced; no refund will
be provided.
- Ticket is strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other services.
- The attraction reserves the right to determine a child, adult, or senior ticket based on the set age and height ranges, and might request for proof of age
or height verification before allowing admission.
- The attraction reserves the right to request personal identification before granting admission to the attraction. Access may be denied if ticket
conditions of sale have not been met.
- The attraction reserves the right to change its operating days and hours, including last admission entry times, without any prior notice. The attraction
will not grant any refund due to these changes. Plan your visit ahead of time and check the attraction's website for the latest operating hours.
- The attraction, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the facilities for maintenance and reasons outside
their control or force majeure, including but not limited to technical, health and safety, and/or operational reasons, or due to special events or private
functions. The attraction is not obliged to grant any ticket replacement or refund under these circumstances.
- If you wish to disembark at Chin Swee Station, please keep your ticket (QR code) in order to continue your journey to the top from Awana Station.
- Only one (1) aircraft cabin-size bag measuring 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (22in x 14in x 9in) per passenger is allowed on the gondola. A surcharge of RM20
(one way) and RM35 (return) will be imposed for bringing an oversized baggage into the cable car per passenger.
- Oversized baggage can be stored at the Baggage Storage Service at Level 2 of the Awana SkyCentral for 24 hours at a fee of RM10. Overtime will be
subject to surcharge of RM10.
- Awana SkyWay is a non-smoking attraction. Smoking of any product that produces smoke or vapour is strictly prohibited throughout the journey.
- The attraction is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from the use of this service.
- The attraction has wheelchair and stroller access available. Please request for assistance prior to boarding.
- Pets are prohibited in and around the vicinity, including all stations and inside the gondola.
- The attraction reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
