Job Profile:
As Site in Charge, supervising the complete Engineering Operation Management with defined Key
Result Areas-
Managing client / contractor relationship, support collection of payments
Planning and executing site activities, with the objective to execute the project in accordance
with stipulated time and cost.
Designing detailed construction schedule, resources planning, deploying and monitoring
contractor / departmental work, and removing constraints,
Coordinating with client / consultant / external agencies,
Preparing & ensuring adherence to safety plans and implementing HSE norms,
Providing inputs for As-Built drawings and reviewing technical documents, plan resources and
site activities.
Following up for supply of locally ordered material, ensure receipt and storage, report receipt /
short supply / damages / theft, obtain clients acceptance for materials received to ensure
availability of material in time to the agreed quality for erection.
Conducting weekly review meetings, preparing MIS reports to report site progress,
Handling billing and payment collection and supporting billing from the site.
Studying site conditions, fitments of various equipment / machinery into location.
Accessing different aspects at site and providing feedback to Engineering department.
Good knowledge in commissioning of C – Tech SBR Technology based sewage treatment
plant .
Good knowledge of Erection , commissioning operation maintenance of All Types of
Submersible Pump, Centrifugal pump, High Pressure Pump , Sludge Handling Roto pump ,
All Typee of Screens ( Fine Screen , Coarse Screen), Grit Mechanism, Screw Conveyor, All
Types of Valves and Gates , All Types Of Decanter, Sludge Handling Unit, Chlorination
