Program for June 14th

7:30 am - 8:30 am: Breakfast at School

-Registration

- Meet at school for breakfast

- Offer muffins, bananas, and coffee for all RCLs (learners and educators)

- Socialize and get energized for the day ahead!

8:30 am - 9:30 am: Departure from School to Acrobranch

- Board transportation (bus or vehicles)

- Travel to Acrobranch (approximately 30 minutes)

9:30 am - 11:30 am: Acrobranch Obstacle Course and Activities

- Learners participate in the Acrobranch obstacle course, including zip lines, ropes courses, and other challenges (2 hours)

- Trained Acrobranch staff supervise and guide learners throughout the activities

11:30 am - 12:00 pm: Departure from Acrobranch to School

- Board transportation (bus or vehicles)

- Travel back to school (approximately 30 minutes)

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch at School

- Return to school for lunch

- Provide a nutritious meal consisting of:

- Sandwich or wrap

- Cooldrink

- Water

- Fresh fruit (orange)

- Packet of chips

1:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Debriefing and Closing

- Gather learners for a brief debriefing session to reflect on their experiences

- Encourage learners to share their highlights and what they learned

- Close the day with a positive note and a sense of accomplishment

1:30 pm: Conclusion and Departure

- Thank learners and educators for participating
