The above named petition/Accused submits as follows

1. It is submitted that S.H.O Nampally registered a case in Crime No:

91/2015 Dated:- 01-0-7-2015 against 1 to 6 herein . The offence under
section 307 r/w 34 I.P.C. Later on charge sheet is filed committed to
district session court Nalgonda. With the result it is on point of
jurisdiction transfer to assistant session court Nalgonda. With S.C No
290 of 2017
2. It is submitted that after conducting full length of trail the hon’ble
assistant session judge Nalgonda. Acquitted the accused on 21-05-
2020. Further during the course of trial the accused no-5. Aka
Venkataiah, accused no-A-6 Aka Krishnaiah got filed their Pattedar
Pass Book and E-Digital Passbook before the hon’ble court pertaining
to their agriculture lands and the said passbooks are in the custody of
the court only.
3. It is submitted that the return of said passbooks are very essential for
receiving agriculture loans and Raithu Bandhu Financial Scheme.
Therefore it is prayed that the hon’ble court to may please to return
the E-Digital Passbooks which is kept in the record room in the
interest of justice.
