1. The sofa

The sofa is made of two central pieces plus the four legs and the cushions.

You will need:

Yarn in red and light brown

Size 3.5 crochet hook (or the one you like, just make sure you use the same for all
and it matches your yarn)

Fiberfill or stuffing

Yarn needle

Size (in cm): 8 x 6,5 x 4

Let’s start with the seating part (part A):

Using red:

1 – Ch 10, ch 1 to turn around and sc 9 on the ch to return to the first stich. Sc 3 in


the following ch to turn around, sc 8 and sc 2 on the last ch. Sl st to finish row

2 – ch 1 to start row, sc 2 on each of the following two stitches, sc 6, sc 2 on the


following two stitches, sc 1, sc 2 on the following 2, sc 6, sc 2 on the following 2, sc1
and sl st to finish.

3 - ch 1 to start row, sc 2 on each of the following two stitches, sc 10, sc 2 on the


following two stitches, sc 1, sc 2 on the following 2, sc 10, sc 2 on the following 2, sc1
and sl st to finish.

4 through 6 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 on each stitch (38 stitches), sl st.

Bind off, leaving a long tail of yarn for sewing.

Stuff with fiberfill and sew the opening together taking one stitch of each side at a
time.

Back (part B):

Using red:

Assembly:

Fold this piece as in the picture letting the back part slide a little lower than the front
and sew on to part A. The sewed part of part A should be facing down, and the part
where you began sewing facing up. To secure the part, make sure each stitch you

make takes a stitch from both the back and front part of part B and a stitch of part A.
Follow a row of part A when sewing to get a curved back.

Legs:

Make 4!

Using brown:

1 – make a magic circle with 4 stitches

2 through 3 – sc 4

Bind off leaving a long tail for sewing

Fill the legs with a tiny bit of fiberfill and sew them on to the lower part of part A.

Cushions:

Make 2!

Using red:

1 – make a magic circle with 6 stitches

2 – sc 6 with only the inner loops of every stitch

3 through 4 – sc 6

Bind off and leave tail for sewing.

Stuff the cushions and sew them in place, one on each side of the sofa. To secure
them, sew the bottom part of every cushion to part A and the back stitches to part B.

Extra: yellow cushion

You will need:

Yarn in yellow and white

Size 3.5 crochet hook (or the one you like, just make sure you use the same for all
and it matches your yarn)

Yarn needle

Size (in cm): 2,5 x 2,5

Using yellow:

1 – ch 4

2 through 5 – ch 1 to turn around, sc 4

6 – ch 1 to turn around, sc 4 taking only the inner loops of every stitch

7 through 9 – ch 1 to turn around, sc 4

Bind off and leave tail to sew.

Using white, embroider the stripes on the pillow. For an easy embroidering, every
stripe can be done over the crochet on the outside and through the crochet on the
inner side to secure. When done, fold in half and weave in all ends except the long
yellow one. Use this one to sew the 3 open sides of the cushion.

Let’s start with the table top:

Using beige:

1 – Ch 8, ch 1 to turn around and sc 7 on the ch to return to the first stich. Sc 3 in the


following ch to turn around, sc 6 and sc 2 on the last ch. Sl st to finish row

2 – ch 1 to start row, sc 2 on each of the following two stitches, sc 4, sc 2 on the


following two stitches, sc 1, sc 2 on the following 2, sc 4, sc 2 on the following 2, sc1
and sl st to finish.

3 - ch 1 to start row, sc 2 on each of the following two stitches, sc 8, sc 2 on the


following two stitches, sc 1, sc 2 on the following 2, sc 8, sc 2 on the following 2, sc1
and sl st to finish.

4 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 on each stitch using only the inner loops (34 stitches), sl st.

5 - ch 1 to start row, using only inner loops: dec 2, sc 8, dec 2, sc 1, dec 2, sc 8, dec 2,

You will need:

Size 3.5 crochet hook (or the one you like, just make sure you use the same for all
and it matches your yarn)

Using yellow:

1 - make a magic circle with 5 stitches

2 – sc 5 using only inner loops

3 – sc 1, sc 2 in 1 stitch. Repeat 3 times.

Bind off

Using green:

1 – make a magic circle with 3 stitches

2 – sc 3

Bind off and leave a tail for sewing.

Place the green part inside the yellow part and tug in the yellow tail. Use the green
tail to sew the two parts together.

3. The TV table

You will need:

Yarn in grey

Size 3.5 crochet hook (or the one you like, just make sure you use the same for all
and it matches your yarn)

Fiberfill or stuffing

Using grey:

1 – ch 7

2 through 7 – ch 1 to turn, sc 7

8 – ch 1 to turn, sc 1 on each stitch and 1 on each edge (30 stitches), sl st

9 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 on each stitch using only inner loops (30 stitches), sl st.

10 through 14 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 on each stitch (30), sl st.

15 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 on each stitch using only inner loops (30), sl st.

Make another square by repeating rows 1 through 7.

Stuff and close the hole with the second square. Use this side as the bottom.

To add a drawer:

1 – ch 5

2 through 4 – ch 1 to turn, sc 5

Bind off, leaving long tail to sew. To draw a knob, make a French stitch as shown in
the picture. Sew the drawer onto the front of the TV table.

Screen:

Using white:

1 – ch 5

2 through 6 – ch 1 to turn, sc 5

Using blue:

1 – take the screen, attack thread with a ch and sc 1 over each stitch from the screen
and edges (24 stitches), sl st.

2 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 on each stitch using only inner loops, sl st.

3 – ch 1 to start, sc 6, dec 1, sc 1, dec 1, sc 1, dec 1, sc 1, dec 1, sc 6, sl st.

4 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 on each stitch using only outer loops, sl st.

5 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 on each stitch, sl st.

6 – ch 1 to start, using only inner loops: sc 2, dec 1, sc 1, dec 1, sc 1, dec 2 stitches in


one stitch, sc 1, dec 1, sc 1, dec 1, sc 2, sl st.

7 – ch 1 to start, sc 1 dec 1 4 times, sc 1, sl st.

Stuff the TV with fiberfill and use the blue tail to sew the opening at the back.

Take a 2-3 cm grey yarn thread, place it on top of the front of the TV and with the
blue tail make a stitch in the middle to attach the antenna. Weave in the remaining
blue tail.

5. The rug

You will need:

Yarn in orange and yellow

Size 3.5 crochet hook (or the one you like, just make sure you use the same for all
and it matches your yarn)

Size (in cm): 7,5 x 4,5

Using yellow:

1 – Ch 10, ch 1 to turn around and sc 9 on the ch to return to the first stich. Sc 3 in


the following ch to turn around, sc 8 and sc 2 on the last ch. Sl st to finish row

Using orange:

2 – ch 1 to start row, sc 2 on each of the following two stitches, sc 6, sc 2 on the

Using yellow:

3 - ch 1 to start row, sc 2 on each of the following two stitches, sc 10, sc 2 on the

Using orange:

Bind off and weave in ends. If you want it to stay flat, iron with a cloth over it.
