● Performed analysis of manufacturing equipment and procedures to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk
for product yield enhancement.
● Evaluated new equipment for integration and use in a new manufacturing facility in Taylor, TX.
● Coordinated efforts to troubleshoot failing or broken manufacturing equipment with a combination of
multiple engineering and manufacturing technician groups.
● Created test plans for analyzing the quality of new manufacturing procedures.
Systems Engineer – Plug Power | Concord, MA | March 2021 to August 2022
● Led certification of premiere product for compliance in hazardous and explosive atmosphere.
● Saved approximately $2.3M on first-year projected quantities of certified product components via
analysis of intellectual property and advanced sourcing.
● Served as the subject matter expert for Hydrogen dryers; advising technically on projects, maintaining
and developing partnering vendor relationships, and sourcing systems.
● Designed, documented, procured, built, wired, programmed, and tested a thermal soaking
manufacturing stand used in critical product line process providing increased through-put of all
products. Led subsequent builds of the manufacturing stand to meet future production projections while

● Coordinated collaborative efforts between Upstart Power and partnering suppliers for a refined product

● Led product deployment in Puerto Rico performing all product installations, maintaining customer
relations in technical Spanish, and work site scheduling.
● Designed product assemblies and components using SolidWorks for fuel and air management with
consideration of fabrication, sourcing, and functionality with respect to overall system.
● Created MatLab scripts to process data collected from system and subsystems; and reported extracted
results and trends to customers and team.
