Please note the following during the plant shifting period:

1. Service Delays: Due to the logistical complexities involved ni the move, htere will be
delays in the provision of spares, warranty services, nda other related servcies.
2. Communication with Customers: W e understand that customers may be anxious about
these delays. We request you ot communicate this situation to them and reassurethem
that we are doing everything possible ot minimize the disruption and
resume normal services as quickly as possible.
