LOW DOSE CT REPORT - KUB PLAIN

TECHNIQUE:Volume scan of whole abdomen was made from xiphisternum to pubis without administration of
intravenousContrast.MPR& SSD / VR images were obtained.
OBSERVATION:
Right kidney is bulky in size and measures 10 x 6.4 cm.
There are abnormal hypodense areas noted involving all the poles of kidney sparing few areas in upper and lower
pole with severe perinephric fat stranding of kidney and ureter throughout its length .
DJ stent proximal end noted in proximal ureter and distal end in the urinary bladder .
Evidence of few small radiodense calculi fragments of approximte size 1mm seen in lower pole and renal pelvis.
Mild hydroureteronephrosis seen.
Right vesico-ureteric junction appears normal.

Left kidney is normal in size and measures 8.5 x 3.5 cm.

Perinephric fat stranding noted.
Mildly prominent pelvicalyceal system.
No evidence of parenchymal thinning or scarring is seen.
No evidence of radiodense calculus or hydroureteronephrosis is seen.
Left ureter is not dilated. Left vesico-ureteric junction appears normal.

The bladder is normally distended. No evidence of calculus or diverticulum. No abnormal wall thickening.
Uterus - 7 x 4 x 3 cm. Few myometrial calcifications noted.
No obvious adnexal mass lesion seen.
There is no mass or significant lymphadenopathy seen in the retroperitoneum.
No free fluid in abdomen.
Liver, Spleen, pancreas and adrenals appear normal.
