MICROBIOLOGY

- The antibiotic susceptibility testing was performed according to CLSI 2023 guidelines, 33rd Edition .

- Intermediate resistance implies efficacy in body sites where drug is physiologically concentrated (eg CSF,
Urine) or when higher doses can be administered.

- Interpretive criteria of susceptibility based on standard dosing in a patient with normal renal function tests and in
absence of co-morbidities.
