 O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) is a non-profit, multi-disciplinary and research oriented
university founded in 2009. JGU was established as a philanthropic initiative of its Founding
Chancellor, Mr. Naveen Jindal in memory of his father, Mr. O.P. Jindal. JGU maintains a 1:9
faculty-student ratio and appoints faculty members from India and abroad with outstanding
academic qualifications and experience.
JGU has over 12,000 students, 1100+ full-time faculty members, and 2500+ administrative staff

Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), India’s first global law school is situated on a 102-acre state-of-
the-art residential JGU campus. The vision of JGLS is to promote global courses, global
programmes, global curriculum, global research, global collaborations, and global interaction
through a global faculty. In the academic year 2022-23, JGLS offers five-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons),
B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons), and B.Com LL.B. (Hons) programmes; a three year LL.B. (Hons)
programme; B.A. (Legal Studies) and B.A. (Criminology and Criminal Justice) programmes; and a
one year LLM and Ph.D. (Law) programmes. The LL.M. programme of JGLS is offered for law
graduates, corporate lawyers, legal practitioners, civil servants, diplomats and judges with ten
specialisations.
Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) is committed to advancing the standards of legal education
through global connectedness. The global approach of JGLS, and the internationalisation thereof,
aims at the holistic development of students. Apart from the internationally trained faculty, global
curriculum, and global pedagogy, internationalisation at JGLS is designed primarily in the form of
short-term and long-term student mobility programmes, dual-degree programmes, and pathway
