It is humbly showeth:
1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble court and fixed for
28/03/2022.

2. That the complainant made a telephonic call to his counsel on 27/03/2022 and told
that he has Been Tested Positive for the Covid test and is not in position to attend this
Hon’ble court on 28/08/2022.

3. That the absence of the complainant is not intentional but due the reason mentioned
above.

It is, therefore, prayed that the personal appearance of the complainant may kindly be
exempted The same would be in consonance with law and justice.
