I. CALL TO ORDER
Hon. Regine Mae C. Vasquez called to order the fourth regular session
of the Sangguaniang Kabataan at 10:00 in the morning at the Barangay Sinayawan Session
Hall.

II. OPENING PRAYER

The opening prayer was led by SK Kagawad Hans Uriel Naldo.

III. ROLL CALL OF ATTENDEES

SK Secretary Joshua C. Fabrigar conducted the roll call. The above-
stated persons were present.

IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES

Approved designation of committees to every SK Kagawad.

V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS

b.1. Discussion of the proposed Internal Rules and Regulations
 b.2. Discussion of the plans for the activities on the first quarter of the year.

VI. REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE HEADS: NONE

VII. MATTERS ARISING

The presiding officer reads the proposed Internal Rules and Regulations
to the body, then hereby approved by the First Kagawad Lovely P. Osorio and was
seconded by the rest of the body. Also the presiding officer discussed the plans for the
activities for the first quarter of the year that are included in the Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Plan (ABYIP).

IX. ADJOURNMENT
SK Kagawad Evelyn De Asis moved to adjourn the meeting and duly
seconded by SK Kagawad Joshua Balangiao.

X. CLOSING PRAYER
The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Rovic Ian Delante.

THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT EXACTLY 11:33 AM.
