I. CALL TO ORDER
Hon. Regine Mae C. Vasquez called to order the fifth regular session of
the Sangguaniang Kabataan at 9:00 in the morning at the Barangay Sinayawan Session Hall.

II. OPENING PRAYER

The opening prayer was led by SK Kagawad Evelyn De Asis.

III. ROLL CALL OF ATTENDEES

SK Secretary Joshua C. Fabrigar conducted the roll call. The above-
stated persons were present.

IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES

Approval of the proposed Internal Rules and Regulations, and plans for
the first quarter activities

V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
a. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
b. BUSINESS OF THE DAY
b.1. Discussion on the upcoming Sports Fest and Barangay Sinayawan Fiesta
 b.2. Designation of committees on different sports activities..

VI. REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE HEADS:

1. Committee on Social Inclusion and Equity – Lovely P. Osorio
2. Committee on Sports Development – Hans Uriel Naldo

Only two committees has reported in their field since it has more concerning issues.

VII. MATTER ARISING

The presiding officer discussed the plans for the upcoming Barangay
Sinayawan Fiesta including the Sports Fest and other activities. Also, the presiding
officer assigned the rest of the SK Council into different sports as committee. SK
Kagawad Lovely P. Osorio, the Committee Head on Social Inclusion and Equity,
discussed to the body the importance of Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) on the
upcoming Sports Fest and Fiesta Activities that is why encouraged the Purok
Leaders to motivate and inform their KK’s on and about the activities. SK Kagawad
Hans Uriel Naldo, the Committee Head on Sports Development, discussed the initial
arrangements for the upcoming Sports Fest and other activities.

VIII. OTHER MATTERS: NONE

IX. ADJOURNMENT
SK Kagawad Hans Uriel Naldo moved to adjourn the meeting and duly
seconded by SK Kagawad Joshua Balangiao.

X. CLOSING PRAYER
The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Rovic Ian Delante.

THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT EXACTLY 11:02 AM.
