Under the
Sun
Josh went to the beach.
Josh got distracted and forgot to put
on sunscreen.
Josh spent so much time in the sun
and he got a bad sun burn.
Josh was so embarrassed. He didn’t
want to go to school.
Josh went to school and met up with
his friends.
Instead of laughing at him, Josh’s
friends gave him advice.
Ava got her backpack and got her
sunscreen out.
Ava always carries sunscreen in her
backpack so she never forgets.
She tells Josh to do the same.
Tim tells Josh to wear long sleeves
and sweaters outside.
He says it’s another way to protect
Josh from the sun.
Lily tells Josh to play inside to protect
himself from the sun.

Thanks to all of his friends and their

advice, Josh now knows how to
protect his skin from the Sun!
Now Tim and his friends can be safe
and play outside in the sun.
