Dear Consular Officer,

The bearer of this letter is a participant in the AuPairCare Cultural Exchange Program.
AuPairCare Inc. is designated by the United States Department of State under program
number P-4-06027.

Au pairs participating in the AuPairCare program agree to participate in a one-year cultural

exchange program with an American host family. Au pairs receive a minimum weekly stipend
of $215.00, full room and board, and up to $500 in educational allowance from the host
family. They have adequate financial support while on the program. Au pairs are also
provided with travel and accident insurance by a third-party insurance company for the
duration of their program.

AuPairCare assumes all responsibilities for the arrival and return air transportation of this
individual at the end of the 12-month exchange. Should an au pair decide to extend their stay
on the au pair program, they apply for an extension of either 6, 9 or 12 months 30 days prior
to their first program year end date with the intent and understanding of returning to their
home country once their program is complete.

The bearer of this letter is authorized by AuPairCare to travel as a participant in the au pair
program with the goals of promoting cultural exchange and international relations.
