IDA’SCOM CONCEPT LIMITED is an Engineering and Construction company, which offers

integrated solutions and related services. The principal activities of the Company are the
business of planning and construction of all kinds of civil engineering works. It operates
through three segments: Civil works, Building and Services.

The Civil works segment is engaged in the provision of professional services in the areas
of engineering, construction and maintenance of various infrastructures. The Civil works
segment also builds or refurbishes airports in conformity with global aviation regulations.
For the oil, gas and energy sector, the Civil works segment designs and constructs auxiliary
buildings for factories, oil and gas installations and power stations.

The Building works segment designs and builds administration, commercial and
industrial buildings, hotels, hospitals, airport terminals, sports facilities and residential
districts.

The Services segment provides facility management solutions.

IDA’SCOM CONCEPT LIMITED is an indigenous Engineering and Civil Construction

Company capable of handling every conceivable design in Building, Civil Engineering and
Allied fields.
Our Company is rapidly growing, however our commitment and dedication towards
