Rationale:

The K-12 Curriculum Alignmentis a workshop that aims to align the content standards,
performance standards, and the competencies set by the Department of Education to the
Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Goals and objectives of the Diocesan school. It also aims to
check how Catholic are the Catholic schools in terms of giving out performance tasks to
their learners.

Activity Objectives:

To be able to produce learning plans in different subject areas that are aligned to the
Diocesan schools PVMGO.

Methodology:

The whole day session involves the whole concept of Justice and Peace, Ecological
Integrity, Engaged Citizenship, Poverty Alleviation, Gender Equality, Youth Empowerment,
Media Education (JEEPGYM) and how to align them in the standards provided by Dep.Ed.
