System Request

Project Sponsor: Easin Mahmud, Chief Financial Officer, Mass

Transit Provider.

Business Need:

This project is initiated to help the people to reach their respective

destination within their given time and ease the hassles of finding public
transport.

Business Requirements:

By using our system, customers will be able to find their desired vehicle
for day to day transportation. They should be able to book a seat by
providing necessary information such as pick up point and destination.
Our system will add the customer details in our route based database.
Moreover, our dedicated relationship manager will provide detailed
information and help the customers in any possible way. Also, the
functionality of the system should have as follows:

● Our service will collect the data from our customers and create a route
base transit system.
● Our service will provide necessary safety and security measurements
through live vehicle tracking and emergency help button.

● Our service will provide vehicles in four categories:

➢ Corporates
➢ Women
➢ Student
➢ Premium

● Our system will also provide a car for a single passenger which will
fall into our premium category.
● For students, our service will have a special database which will make
sure that students were to attend their respective institution.

● For corporate, We will pick them up or drop them safely to a point

near their destination, institute or home.

● For women, we will pick them up or drop them as near as we can go

to their respective destination, institute or home.

● We will have vehicles ready for our customers in case of emergency

(have to fall under provided rules).

Business Value:

Our system aims to provide the facility to all the cities in our country. By
ensuring safety it increases this system to flourish among the people. It
also decreases the pressure on public transport and makes our system
profitable. Moreover, people who will use this system and give reviews
which will make people believe in this system more. Passengers and
drivers both are satisfied by using this system.

● Yearly estimated BDT 5040000 commission (16.67% of 30240000)

from each service of every city of the country.

● Yearly expenditure BDT 3040000 which includes office, staff and

other costs. This system will generate approximately BDT
(5040000-3040000)= 2000000 as profit.
● Apart from these, premium subscription from 11 major cities yearly
this system makes BDT 1980000 commission (33.33% of 5940000)
from each service.
● BDT 500000 revenue from promotional advertisements of cars, tours
and hotels annually.

Special Issues or Constraints:

● Any kind of lock down or vehicle restriction.
● The system has to conform with the existing data security laws.
