This is Manual Guide “How to Make a Cappuccino Recipe” according to the procedure
set by XYZ Company.

1. Espresso Recipe
Ingredients :
- ½ Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Coffee

2. Foamed Milk Recipe

Ingredients :
- ½ Cup Milk

3. Equipment Tools

- Espresso machine
- Cup Cappucinno
- Tamper
- Milk pitcher
- Cloth for portafilter and steam wand

Instructions :
1. How to Make Espresso
 Step 1, Gather the ingredients for make espresso.
 Step 2, Place the ½ cup water into the boiler of Espresso Machine.
 Step 3, Place the 2 tablespoons ground coffee into the portafilter. And Then, press the
coffee down using a tamper. Do this 2 to 3 times to make sure the grounds are packed
tightly.
 Step 4, Place the portafilter into your espresso machine's group head and lock it in place
by turning it to the right.
 Step 5, Place a demitasse cup or the glass carafe that came with your espresso machine
under the group head and pull the shot for 30 seconds.
 Finally, Once the shot is pulled, foam the milk.

2. How to Make Foamed Milk

 Step 1, Place the milk into milk pitcher.

 Step 2, Insert the steam wand into the container with the milk, just under the surface of
the milk.
 Step 3, Engage the steam wand on espresso machine.
 Step 4, Make sure to keep the tip of the wand toward the side of the container. This will
create a vortex with the milk.
 Step 5, Move to the container higher, lower, closer, then further so that the steam wand
can incorporate the air into the milk, making the foam. The bubbles should get smaller
and smaller as you do this.
 Step 6, Once the milk has foamed to double its size, turn the steam wand off.

3. How to Cappuccino Serving

 Step 1, Pour the foamed milk immediately over the espresso that has been made before.
 Step 2, Cappuccino is served and ready to drink.
