QUESTION 1

INTRODUCTION

Report is a general term that is often used in everyday life. Not only at work, but also in primary
and secondary school. But do you know what the report actually means? In academia, reports
and essays often have very similar meanings. These two words are sometimes used
interchangeably. In general, business, science and technical disciplines and workplaces require
more reporting. Reports focus on facts while essays provide arguments and reasoning. To better
understand this report, here is the complete explanation. From the meaning, function, benefits,
features, structure, types of reports to things to pay attention to when making reports.

The report itself is a 5W1H overview. Contains what (what) happened, where (where) the
event happened, when (time) happened, why (why) happened, who (who) is responsible for what
happened, how (how) happened. Reporting is undeniably very important when an organization or
company carries out its activities. This is because reports can be one of the official tools to
convey information about all related issues in a simple and objective way.

Simply put, a report is a form of information delivery that contains facts about a matter, either
verbally or in writing. The information conveyed through the report may also vary in content
upon request. From news information, clarifications, notifications, to accountability

GOOD REPORTING FEATURES

Next, let's look at the features of the report. Here are six features of the report.

1. Introduction

When writing a report, we only need to state the main points. But, of course, we keep all this
short and it must be relevant to what we report so that the recipient of the report can easily
understand what the real problem is from the report we make.
2. Report logically

Reports will be considered logical if the information provided can be traced on reasonable
grounds.

3. The report must also be complete

As those who are responsible for producing the report, we must also include as complete
information as possible on certain matters related to our report. If it is incomplete, then it is no
longer a report. Our report will also be more complete if it is supplemented with sources of
results or a bibliography

4. Writing a structured report

A report will be considered systematic if the written information is arranged in interrelated units
and in a sequence.

5. Reports must be objective

Because reports are often used to help make decisions or solve problems, reports must also be
objective.

6. Although there are reports that can be seen by ordinary people

Basically, the report was initially only available to a limited number of people. That is, the report
is not for everyone to read, only those with power in the organization can read it, and then decide
whether to publish it.

REPORT STRUCTURE

Before we write a report, we also need to know the structure or framework of the report we will
write later. Make our reports well organized. Here's what you must know about the reporting
structure.

1. Introduction

In the introduction, we can include the intention and purpose of writing the report, the main issue
of the report, and how systematic the report is.
2. Points

In the content of the report we can write data and facts about the performance of the campaign.
In addition, implementation and design compatibility are covered, issues arise and issues are
discussed.

3. Conclusion

Then in the epilogue section as the end of the report. We also need to write the conclusion of the
report we did and the recommendations that will be read by the recipient of the report.

STEPS OF MAKING A WRITING REPORT

After understanding what a report is, its functions, benefits, features and structure. Now we learn
the general steps to create a report.

First, we must define the problem to be reported. This question can of course be taken from the
observation of our activities. In addition, we can also detect problems from the content observed
in relation to the activity. After facing problems. We need to collect material for the report, ie
data and facts. Next, we continue to classify the data obtained. The data is then evaluated and
processed. The processed data is then entered into the report by first creating a report structure or
outline.

In conclusion, a well-written report must include the whole that includes all aspects of the
discipline that has been discussed. With the report, it will be a good report writing according to
the wishes and the way the report wants to be delivered by the writer.

HOW LEADERSHIP EXPOSES

Strong leadership gives teams the tools to operate at full speed. Proper management provides
work boundaries for individuals and creates structures that encourage cooperation and
ownership. People want to do good work and be proud of it. With guidance, minimal
micromanagement and trust, team leaders know who can do what, each individual's strengths and
weaknesses, and can delegate to their team to hone their skills to complete the project.

1.0 Introduction

When students can enjoy and experience authentic experiences, the learning process becomes
more interesting and effective, especially developing an interest in identifying the career field
that will be pursued. In other words, authentic experiences can guide students in determining
their career aspirations for adulthood. Furthermore, career awareness at a young age helps to
influence the formation of self-concept, sense of value, well-being and personal identity (Muhd
Mansur & Siti Nordinar, 1989).

Also, exposing students to career fields early can be a starting point for them to make the best
decisions in their lives starting in high school. This is said because there are still many students
in high school who are still confused about choosing a subject course that can affect their career
choice. This problem arises when students still lack knowledge about career information and
personal interests, so they cannot make any decisions.

Awareness of the profession cannot be developed solely through theoretical studies in the
classroom, but needs to be given deeper exposure. The club plans to organize a symphony
concert while studying.

SECTION B

QUESTION 1

Finding the best way to learn has been of great importance to people for years, and remains a
thought-provoking question. In today's society, with the rapid development of science and
technology, many changes have occurred in classical learning methods. The advent of the
Internet has accelerated this change, as it is able to provide various possibilities to access
information, all at the command of technology. It can be said that the Internet becomes the
arbiter of access to education and culture, and e-learning, also known as online learning, is a new
form of education that firmly presents itself as an alternative that aims to continue training and
knowledge needs. . However, online learning has received a lot of criticism, both positive and
negative.

There are many reasons to reject this type of learning. E-learning has several major
disadvantages, some of which will be explained. The main negative aspect of e-learning is that it
requires some technical infrastructure that may not be available in some countries, bandwidth
limitations or poor internet connections that can affect the ease of the learning process. It results
in waiting to download various multimedia needed for learning. Another disadvantage is that
some tasks are difficult to complete in a virtual classroom; some students may fail due to poor
study habits or lack of motivation. Fraud prevention during online assessments is complicated.
Unfortunately, this is one of the biggest drawbacks of e-learning. Online students are more likely
to cheat on assessments because they are taking the assessment in their own environment using a
PC or smartphone

E-learning has the potential to enhance and support traditional learning systems, and it has
become part of the learning tools used by every educational institution. Advances in online
learning have been greatly influenced by the development and use of wireless Internet. Given the
advantages of online learning described in the previous paragraph, the younger generation may
be willing to take up this form of education/training because they feel that they can contribute
towards completing their professional training.
QUESTION 2

People's cooperation in completing tasks is what makes work done efficiently. When teamwork
is the foundation of any project, it's amazing to see how results are affected. Any workplace or
online workspace that encourages collaboration—whether team members are remote or co-
located—creates an environment conducive to success.

By working together to use collaboration skills and focusing on teamwork training, all members
of a department, team or workforce can work closely together. By eliminating silos, work results
become multifaceted. Distributing workloads between resources or determining how work flows
as a collective enables better teamwork and keeps things running more smoothly.

That is why teamwork has a positive and professional effect.

TEAM COOPERATION ABOUT TEAMWORK

At the heart of teamwork and team effectiveness is successful communication. To achieve any
goal, the transmission and reception of messages must be carefully designed and executed.

When we spend hours every day with teammates brainstorming, jotting down details and
bringing abstract ideas to life, the only way to do that is to create a teamwork process that
ensures everyone is seen, heard and understood. . If not, how else do you get from point a to
point b?

Here are some key performance indicators for a team built for success:

THE WAY PEOPLE BEHAVE AND INTERACT WITH OTHER PEOPLE

These skills are carried by everyone in the team. Interpersonal skills become a "contribution" to
the group. Even if teammates are evasive or cautious, they can still add energy to the team in
other ways. Maybe the person is humble, but thus very focused, able to do very detailed
technical work. On the other hand, someone who is friendlier and more engaging may be better
suited to organizing group events or acting as a supervisor.

On the other hand, people's lack of skills also play a big role in group dynamics. When co-
workers appear condescending or domineering, this energy can rub off on the entire team. When
team members feel judged or belittled, they may be less willing to share or open up. This creates
friction and is not considered a form of "healthy cooperation".

HOW EVERYONE COMMUNICATES WITH EACH OTHER

A collaborative environment thrives when communication is completely open, meaning every

employee has the opportunity to speak. No one should feel ashamed or uncomfortable asking for
advice, asking for help, or sharing an educated opinion. When solutions are needed, questions
should be asked and answered to the best of the team or collaborative leader's ability. Together,
solutions can be reached.

As managers strive to improve teamwork on their own, more collaboration begins to form. They
are able to create a safe and secure "nest" that fosters collaboration because they set the tone for
everyone. For example, managers, superiors or leaders can start a conversation when they share
their own personal experiences or struggles. Invite everyone to dig in and share their insights by
asking the team for advice and revealing their own weaknesses. It can be as bold as sharing a big
mistake at work that turned into a teachable moment, or as simple as sharing a photo from a
weekend shoot. Also, open communication is better when the corporate culture is a priority.
Foster friendships through virtual hangouts, team lunches, holiday happy hours, game lounges,

HOW FEEDBACK IS GIVEN AND RECEIVED

Without feedback, there is no growth. Insightful feedback is arguably one of the most critical
aspects of collaboration, showing how well teammates are getting along. We all need a
cheerleader sometimes. "Great idea! Explore more!" At other times, we need to be more critical.
"Good start, but have you considered what would happen if X affects Y and Y depends on Z?"
Successful collaboration succeeds when the sender and receiver of feedback understand that
constructive criticism can be useful rather than destructive. It will happen soon. Seeing the value
of a teammate's perspective and support, rather than taking things personally, can create a strong
and committed feedback loop.

HOW MANY INDIVIDUALS HAVE OWNERSHIP

When things go wrong (and they will one day), in order to maintain an ongoing sense of
cooperation, it is important to instill the need for personal responsibility. Sure, it looks like the
whole team will take the hit, but when individuals step in and take matters into their own hands,
no one else feels responsible. True team players take less credit and less ownership.
Accountability is the glue that keeps things going and it makes people proud of their work by
motivating them to do their best. Avoid mistakes by relying on your team to collaborate and
provide support:

Brainstorm with each other in the early stages of a project

Discuss and develop concepts with each other to see if they fit (taste check)

Run the final draft through another point before sending

Check and compare facts, briefings, quotes, emails and any details

Track documentation or meeting records so you can identify where problems occur or where
improvements can be made

What are the pillars of great teamwork?

When everyone pools their time, skills, resources and expertise, the potential for effective
teamwork multiplies – when people work together, results are maximized.

NOT HAVING GOALS OR NOT STICKING TO COMMITMENTS

If there are no skins in the game, no one will see the end of the mission. Apathy will accomplish
nothing and is the enemy of good cooperation.

didn't feel like part of the team

When the team becomes too individual to work together, there is less focus and no emotional
attachment to the success of the goal. Zero ownership means less bragging about revenue.

NO TRUST OR SAFE SPACE

Acting in self-interest rather than group interest is often a symptom of not trusting others.
Friendship plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between teammates and
trying to build trust.

NO ROLE SPECIFIED
Stepping into and past teammate territory occurs more often when roles are undefined. Power
struggles become common when tasks and jobs are not properly distributed and people do not
know what they are doing

ZERO COMPACT

Organization and hierarchy play an important role in how work is distributed. Feel the spirit of
community and instantly understand what works to create synergy and responsible flow.

LACK OF RESOURCES

When resources are limited, it affects everyone. Stress levels increase when employees don't
have the tools they need to do their jobs - for example:

Little management support Motivation decreases when management is not there to provide
support, feedback or work for their team. Plus, people will think their work is worthless, so
what's the point? No direction for unused team members means no path that doesn't bring focus
and boredom. Structure and communication are key to visualizing how the project will take
shape.
