Beds Mother &Child Hospital Block at LBS Hospital Khichripur, Delhi".
Dear Sir,
Itis seen that issued drawings No. LBS-A-1201 to 1212 for finishing of floors/ walls,
the granite flooring has been provided on visitor lift lobby and visitor waiting lobby area at
each floor. According near about 1600 sqm area is to beprovided with 18mm thick granite of
Kashmiri Gold and Icone brown in floors and about 1000sqm area is to be executed in wall
cladding.
The quantities is likely to beexecuted are as per attached sheet for your version and
knowing place of execution. Asthe agreement item No. 12.11of flamed finish granite is not
clear where is to be executed.
If any item is suggested inplace of flamed finish granite, the financially implication
could be occurred which is to increase the cost of project.
