35g-95g)

For Women:

● Protein: 1.5 times the body weight in kilograms (e.g., a 60


kg woman should consume around 90g)

● Carbohydrate: 2.3 times the body weight in kilograms,


depending on daily activity (e.g., a 60 kg woman should consume
around 120g-180g)

● Fat: 0.51 times the body weight in kilograms, depending


on daily activity (e.g., a 60 kg woman should consume around
30g-90g)

Wolff’s law was created by the German anatomist and

Wolff’s Law has been proven to not always be applicable. It


has been found that rather than describing a particular

ways. Bones can get stronger due to changes in bone geometry
