A1. 11 kV SWITCHGEAR

1. General inspection

4. CT primary injection (ratio test)

7. Testing of measuring instruments

- Volt Meter
- Ampere Meter
- Voltmeter recorder
- KWh Meter

8. CB’s, Isolators and Earthing Switches and Control Gears operation test with
indications from:

- Local
- Remote
- LDC

9. Interlock test.

10. Voltage tests for the auxiliary and control circuits (2 kV)

11. Testing of auxiliary contact resistance (1.2 times of type test)

12. Power frequency voltage withstand test (80 % of routine test voltage)

13. Voltage drop test

14. Signal inputs to alarm panel

15. Signal inputs to event recorder

16. Signal inputs to CSCS

17. Grounding check

18. Phase sequence test

A2. TRANSFORMER FEEDERS

1. Protection panel function check

2. O/C Relay check

3. E/F Relay check

A3. Transformer (Dry -Type)

All tests shall be performed in accordance with the latest issues of IEC, in particular IEC 76.

The following tests shall be performed at Site after installation:

1. General inspection of external construction

2. Measurement of voltage ratio at all tap positions by voltmeter method

3. Check of phase displacement (vector group) by voltmeter method

4. Measurement of winding resistance at central tapping and extremes

5. Measurement of insulation resistance (R60) at min. 2500 V, dc

6. Measurement of insulation resistance between the core and tank at 2500 V, dc.

7. Overvoltage test at 2000 V a.c. (between terminals and earth) on wiring, control and
protection equipment (on motors 1000 V + 2 x UN)

8. Functional test of supervisory equipment

9. Checking of transformer protection schemes

B. Low Voltage Switchgear (400 V)

The following tests shall be performed at Site after installation:

1. Wiring check

2. Metering instrument test

3. Protection relay test

4. Insulation resistance test

5. CB characteristic and function test

6. Operation test
