With regards to supply of 5 Nos of DGPS to the Irrigation Management Training

Institute and the Planning and Designs Divisions Trichy & Salem, the First Half -Yearly Period

Payment during the warranty time has been paid to the Vendor.
Now, the Vendor M/s Lawrence & Mayo (India) Pvt.Ltd has requested to release 2''

Half Yearly Payment. Therefore, I hereby request that the Performance Certificate of the

DGPS for the 2'' Half Yearly Period may please be furnished to this office for taking further

necessary action.
