AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, JOSEPHINE P. TEMPORADA, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of Purok

4, Brgy. Bonbon, Butuan City, after having been subscribed to an oath,
depose and say THAT:

1. I am the grantee/owner of Lot No. 168-B, TS-372 containing an area of

Two Hundred Thirty Seven (237) square meters, more or less, situated
at Purok 4, Brgy. Bonbon, Butuan City;

2. The ownership over said property includes and contains all the
improvements located therein;

3. That Lot No. 168-B is utilized for residential purposes;

4. I do hereby waive, transfer and convey One Hundred Eighteen (118)

square meter portion of Lot No. 168-B, TS-372 in favor of FREYA S.
LEE and, who affixed his signature herein below as manifested and his
acceptance of the same and hereby assumes any obligations that may
arise with the said claim.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 30th day of
