Subject: Complaint Against Illegal Occupation of my Property

Respected Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing this letter to
bring to your attention a grave matter of concern related to illegal occupation
and trespassing on my property located at Flat no.114,1st Floor, C-Wing,
Building no.02, Dharavi Masiha CHS Ltd, Prabhakar Kunte Nagar, 90 Feet
Road, Dharavi, Mahim (E), Mumbai-400017.

I, Safiya Aleem Syed , am the lawful Legal hier of the aforementioned

property of My Late Husband Mr.Aleem Mohammad Ali Sayed, He has
Purchased the above said Property from Mr. Shafique Rehman Shaikh on 4 th
December 2017, and for the above said Premises documents Stands on the name of
My Late Husband Mr.Aleem Mohammad Ali Sayed, And the Same Premises was
rented to Mr.Shafique Rehman Shaikh for a certain period and for that Leave and
License agreement was concluded as an mode of evidence for the above said
Agreement. Whereas After the Completion of Tenure of Leave and License
Agreement, Mr. Shafique Rehman Shaikh was suppose to vacant the above said
premises, but due to his evil motive he did not do so, I discovered that
unauthorized Occupancy of the aforesaid property and have been done by
Mr.Shafique Rehman Shaikh without my consent or authorization. This illegal
Occupancy on my Premises has disrupted the peace and security of my family and
me.

The individuals involved in this illegal occupation are [Provide names and any
