Brother for which I had talked with you for hotel booking in Kolkata Hyatt. Hotel
had given the following rate and we were to finalize with the Management at certain
reduction as advised by you to them.
Sri Arun Babu after received your SMS on dated 12.02.2024.
Same day General Manger had sent same quotation as sales Team had sent us
earlier. Maybe they are waiting consideration on below requested rate from your
side.
However, I am sharing our expectation which is as follows and request you to get
the same accepted and confirm by Hotel Management Team.
Main functions are on dated 25th and 26th April 2024. We had deposited advance
Money too.

However, to avoid any negotiation etc. and close the deal in one go; I thought I
should put a word with you. After calling you, there was a call from the GM , who
told us that no further reduction is possible from him and would stick with the rate
he has given below. But there is a big turn-around in our talks on pricing. Maybe
they are waiting consideration on requested rate from your side.
