AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE, FILTH AND OTHER
WASTE MATTERS

Be it ordained by the Sanguniang Barangay that:

Section 1. Regulated Act. No person shall dispose any garbage, filth and other waste matters
in any place in this barangay except in places duly designated by the Sanguniang Barangay as
a garbage disposal area.

Section 2. Rules and Regulation.

a. All garbage, filth and other waste matters shall be placed in a proper receptacle for
collection of the garbage collectors.
b. Other necessary rules and regulations shall be issued by the Punong Barangay for
the proper and effective implementation of this ordinance.
Section 3. Penalty. Violation of any provision if this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of the
following:
First offense: ________
Second offense: ________
Third offense: ________

Section 4. Repealing clause. All Ordinances, rules and regulations or parts thereof, whose
provisios are in conflict with, or contrary to the provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed,
amended and modified accordingly.
