In-house Achievement

1. Successfully completed 12 launchers of domestic and 6 launcher of Export fats with Foreign
customer and DGQA agencies.
 We set the benchmark for completing customer fats in 3 days (Mechanical)
 Maintained good repo with Customer.
 Offer to tally plates & stowage item.

2. Successfully completed HOT work on 19 launcher of domestic & 12 launcher of export with DP
cleared.(64 type item welding on launcher )
 For 1st PINAKA launcher cycle time for hot work completion was 7 days. After proper
planning of prep retry activates, advance full kiting of hot work material & making 1 special
team for only hot work we set a benchmark of completing hot work in 1 day Only from
Launcher- 7.
 It helped lot to reduced cycle time for PINAKA production.

3. Successfully completed Actuator testing on 35 launcher of domestic & 12 launcher of export

with QC Cleared.
 For 1st PINAKA launcher cycle time for actuator testing is 2 days. After proper planning of
activates, advance full kitting of actuator testing. We set a benchmark of completing
actuator testing in 1 full day (1st & 2nd shift) both actuator testing completed. (With
alignment)
4. All PINAKA launcher material single handedly maintained.
 Single handedly managing sparse receipt & inspection for domestic & export PINAKA
customers without any observations.
 Prepared one master list & Maintaining all data of material receipt time to time which
helps lot to production team to achieve its targets.

5. I did more than 6 DCR and ISS which resulted in a drastic change in Pinaka project

6. I added the 3 Poggies so benefited the project in term of time and cost
1. Make a templet for cable tray & cabin cabinet, rear bumper welding.
 We save the more than 3 hours for cabin cabinet & cable tray welding. Also 1
hour save in rear bumper welding.
 Save time & cost.
 In-house POD filling for FAT activity.

7. Proper Training and On job activity monitoring of NAPS Person

 I gave the proper training to NAPS person for Pinaka assemblies and Hot work,
material management activities.
 Also train the subordinate for Hot work & material.
8. Tool box talk
 I take the daily TBT related with safety to Hot work & Other activity’s.
9. Achievement
 We support for modular bridge fabrication completed with 15 days. (Send to
machining shop)
 Single handedly managing sparse receipt & inspection for domestic & export
PINAKA customers without any observations.
 35 launcher actuator testing completed.
 Support for MB bridge in night shift.
 Total DCR/ISS Raised : 6+
 Total Poogies : 3
 Total RSC raised in system: 1
 Successfully dispatched 12 launchers before CDD
 Maintained happy and safety working condition for my co-ordinate.
 I Participated in annual sport.
