This letter is to inform you that we will have new rate for water services (COWD) that will go into

effect this month of March 2024. The rates are expected to increase the utility bill (Water) due to

transferring our water classification from residential to commercial line with increase pipe size of 1.5”

from 0.5” in order to provide safe, quality and increase water volume. In effect of this transfer, it is

expected that our utility costs for water bill will also increase.

This new rate adjustments are based on a detailed cost of service to ensure that each Tenants will

pay their proportionate share of the costs to provide water services.
