Scope of Work:
The vessel DP II DSV Mermaid Asiana was tasked to undertake debris removal at SFNY-243/248 Platform where two events of debris
(possibly hazardous to the upcoming barge /Rig move), have been identified at North Face of the platform according to the client
seabed survey report carried out by survey vessel KARAN 8.
The debris item has to be removed as per the client’s instruction.
Task Planning and Safety:
All work was carried out in accordance with ZMOS and Saudi Aramco Integrated Management System (IMS).
Vessel management as per ZMOS and Saudi Aramco Fleet Management System (FMS) and Manuals.
All work was carried out under the Saudi Aramco PTW system.
PTW formalities were completed in co-ordination with SFNY field services.
Toolbox talks and JSA were performed in accordance with Saudi Aramco Safety Management System (SMS).
All ZMOS personnel were equipped with appropriate safety gear and protective clothing.

removed at North side of SFNY-243/248 Platform:
