Recently graduated Student in Master in Business Administration, on University of Isabel I, after been working on the
past 10 year in Urban and House planning, managed to learn MS PROJECT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, ARCHICAD, LUMION,
TWINMOTION, REVIT, SAP2000 and CYPECAD, that easier most of his work because of the software technologies but at
the same time he like to freehand, on top of that, adds more creative results for his work, the fact he is someone very
passionate on studying old Architecture and the different Identity and cultural expressions behind the House/City itself.
Confident that his adaptability, work ethic, and successful record in Planning and Construction supervising make him an
ideal candidate for the position.

Technical Supervisor | Provincial Department of Infrastructure 2021 - Curent work
● Plan, investigate, design, and construct governmental housing and public roads in Mozambique;
● Develop and coordinate construction projects, including the review of drawings and Construction schedule;
● Supervision of preliminary layouts and surveys, cost estimates and project budgets and;
● Implant coordinates of Governmental Housing patrimony.
Architect and Supervisor |Mace Group September 2020 - September 2022
● Programmed controller that was then placed on a circuit board before transferring sensitive hard drive chips;
● Plan, implement and supervise projects and maintain records. Perform design calculations of residential building
and create 2D and 3D Models and;
● Analyze site locations and/or conditions as well as instrumentation data. Preform cost estimates and manage
project budgets.
Site Manager Trainee | Building Fidelity January 2022 - April 2022
● Plan, coordinate, and oversee the construction of 400 governmental houses, schools and hospitals and;
● Track and monitor construction projects, including training and professional development activities for
employees and the review of project plans as well as maintenance and adherence to departmental budget.
