How to build a footlong sandwich

1 Add ingredients to top half of the bread* 2 Add requested vegetables to the bottom half of bread*

2 - #30 scoops (74 mL/2.5 oz)


Footlong amount of meat guacamole/avocado

4 slices (28g/1 oz shredded) cheese 42 g (1.5 oz) lettuce


14 g (0.5 oz) spinach
Toast if required
6 tomatoes
3 passes of sauce
Place thicker sauces (mayonnaise, Chipotle 6 cucumbers
Southwest, etc.) on the protein/cheese.
6 pickles
6 green peppers
6 olives
14 g (0.5 oz) onions
6 banana peppers
3 passes of sauce
Place thinner sauces (House
Sandwich Sauce, etc.) on the
vegetables.

7 g (0.25 oz) spinach
Toast if requested

Place thicker sauces (mayonnaise, Chipotle

Southwest, etc.) on the protein/cheese. 3 pickles
3 green peppers
3 olives
7 g (0.25 oz) onions

* Refer to the Operations Manual regarding which ingredients to place when not specified by the guest.
Flatbread is easier to work with when warmed. If a hot sandwich is ordered, the flatbread will be warmed when toasting the sandwich.
If a cold sandwich is ordered, place the flatbread on deli paper and warm it in the speed oven on the appropriate Heat+Toast setting.
