This is to inform you that your employment with 14 K Business Solution LLC will be terminated on

the 30th day of January 2021.

Your position has been terminated with cause as following:

• Lacking to deliver the set goal and not maintaining the work ethics.

The statutory law does not require an employer to provide any notice or pay in lieu of notice when an

employee is terminated with cause. We would kindly request that you return all company property

that was obtained during your employment with our company by January 30th, 2021 (if any).

You are reminded that all trade secrets, business plans and procedures, client contact lists and other

confidential information of 14 K Business Solution LLC are proprietary and may not be used by you

in any way.
