COLD Applied Resin Technology for a seamless finish on Roof

DryTex P2000 Waterproofing Systems allow rapid, cost effective seamless protection of roof structures without the application
of heat. This technology combines ease of application, exceptionally fast cure, and durability, to provide a cold liquid applied
waterproofing product second to none. system is intended for both new build and refurbishment projects and can be applied
to a wide variety of substrates including concrete and timber decks, as well as most existing waterproofing membranes such
as asphalt, bitumen membranes, and even synthetic single ply, subject to condition and suitability Fully adhered installation.

Roof waterproofing system

ORGANIX Roof System is designed to permanently waterproof most new or existing roofs with positive drainage, including
roofs with low slopes and complicated flashings. The system consists of a premium elastomeric liquid coating DRYTEX P2000
with reinforcement mat FLEXIK RM. The multiple layers of the coating to create a seamless, flexible membrane and UV
resistant SRI comply waterproofing membrane which is trafficable that can last indefinitely.

METHOD STATEMENT
1. All the penetrations and joints should be reinforced and detailed with SEALFLEX and FLEXIK RM according to the
site conditions
2. After the full cleaning, apply one coat of PRIMEBOND to prime the substrate to accept and bond the build ups well
to the substrate.
3. After 2 hrs., apply Base coat of DRYTEX P2000.
4. After 4 hrs duration, apply the First coat DRYTEX P2000 top coat according to the technical specification.
5. Apply multiple coats to achieve if necessary to achieve the required thickness according to the project specification

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: ORGANIX Roof System is usually applied in the four-step process outlined below.
Details for each step can be found on the following pages.

(1) PREPARE THE ROOF: Sweep, vacuum, scrub, or pressure wash

to clean the surface. Then sand, grind, patch, fill, caulk, and prime as
appropriate to create a sound, sealed surface.

(2) FLASH EDGES AND PENETRATIONS: Prepare the corner fillets at 45◦
Embed FLEXIK RM reinforcement between two coats of liquid at roof edges,
wall transitions, and penetrations such as pipes and skylights along with SEALFLEX sealant.

 (3) APPLY TOP COATS: After the base coats are dry, apply a top
coat of DryTex P2000.When this is dry, apply additional top
coats as needed to achieve the desired membrane thickness.
